1. Eligibility and Account
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which invoices you and collects applicable taxes. Paddle issues invoices and receipts electronically. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle’s terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, violating laws or third‑party rights, or using the Service to collect private/confidential information unlawfully.
4. Data Sources and Public Information
The Service may analyze information that is publicly available on the internet or provided by third‑party data vendors. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use any outputs, insights, or reports.
5. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the Service and all related IP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
6. Third‑Party Services
The Service may integrate with third‑party services (for example, payment processors, analytics providers, or data APIs). Your use of third‑party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Refund Policy
If you believe you were charged in error, you can request assistance by emailing support@rivalprism.com with the email on your account and any relevant invoice/transaction details.
Refunds and cancellations are handled by Paddle under its terms. For one‑off purchases, refunds are available when requested within 14 days of the Transaction date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle’s systems.
There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. You can cancel to stop future renewals.
If you’ve been charged sales tax on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund is processed upon provision of a valid sales tax code for your country.
For details, see Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
